Meal, tea, snacks, AC Pushback deluxe bus, double bed hotel room, 3AC train reservation, the cost of the journey will be 30,000/- per person. For advance booking, deposit 5,000/- per traveler in cash or online to 'Shri Shiv Shankar Tirth Yatra' account at S.B.I. Bank, Rishikesh. The remaining amount will be collected before the journey. Note: The expenses for Manokamana Ropeway, boat ride, and Chitwan jungle safari will be borne by the travelers themselves.
During the journey, travelers will be provided with bed tea, tea-snacks in the morning, and lunch and dinner in the afternoon and evening. The meal will include one dal, one vegetable, rice, and roti. Tea will be served in the evening. The roti, dal, and rice will be cooked using pure ghee, and the snacks, vegetable, and puri will be made of top-quality refined ingredients. Both basmati and non-basmati rice will be available depending on the availability of time. Accompanying the meals, travelers will be served pickles, papad, sweet, and salad based on the availability of time. The use of onions and garlic will be avoided. The meals will be prepared purely vegetarian on a wood stove. Each traveler will also be provided with a bottle of mineral water during lunch and dinner.
For the safety of travelers and their belongings, arrangements will be made by the committee for security guards, tea, snacks, and sufficient personnel for cooking and guiding. No traveler should bring gold or silver jewelry. Travelers will be responsible for any financial and physical damages during the journey. The management will not be responsible for any loss incurred by the travelers.
Our journey is comfortable for elderly individuals and single women as well. The atmosphere during the journey is just like being at home with family, so feelings of loneliness will not be experienced.
Travelers are required to carry the remaining amount of travel expenses in cash or bring a bank draft/check in the name of "Shri Shiv Shankar Tirth Yatra (Raj.0)" from any bank branch in Rishikesh.
Travelers are required to follow the following rules.
For the travelers, arrangements will be made for morning tea, breakfast, lunch, and dinner during the journey. Evening tea will also be provided. The meals will include one lentil dish, one vegetable dish, rice, and bread. Pure desi ghee will be used in lentils and rice dishes, while refined oil will be used in vegetable dishes and snacks. Depending on availability, papad and pickles will also be served with the meals. The use of onions and garlic will be strictly prohibited in the food. The meals will be pure vegetarian and sattvic. During the journey, chapatis will be prepared on a tava, and depending on the availability of resources, puris, parathas, and khichdi will also be prepared. Additionally, lunch packets will be provided as per the schedule.
Arrangements for hotel accommodation during the night stay will be made in 2/3 bed attached lat-bathroom rooms for all travelers. Travelers must carry their original photo identification document, Aadhar card, Voter ID, COVID vaccination certificate, and 3 passport-sized photos. Entry fees for sightseeing places will be borne by the travelers.
The tour operator has the full right to exclude travelers who are infected with contagious diseases or those who consume intoxicating substances or engage in disruptive behavior during the journey.
If a traveler cancels their seat after booking the journey, the advance payment will not be refunded. Travelers will be provided with 3 AC rail reservations from Vadodara to Gorakhpur and return from Muzaffarpur to Vadodara. During this journey, arrangements for meals and water will be the responsibility of the traveler.
During the journey, the traveler will be responsible for any financial, physical, or personal damages. The tour operator will not be responsible for any losses incurred by the travelers.
If a traveler, due to any reason or illness, decides to return home and leave the journey incomplete, the tour operator will provide only a three-tier sleeper class railway ticket to their home. The fare will not be refundable under any circumstances. This arrangement will be applicable only until 5 days before the completion of the journey.
The last row of seats in the bus (5 seats) does not have a pushback feature. Please cooperate with other travelers for seating arrangements as the seats will be allotted through a lottery system.
