Arrival at Ahmedabad by morning train, visit to Swaminarayan Akshardham (Overnight train departure to Delhi by 3 AC).

Food, tea, breakfast, A/C pushback deluxe bus, A/C double bed hotel room, 3 A/C train reservations, flight (from Delhi to Aurangabad) fare will be ₹46,000/- per passenger. For advance booking, ₹5,001/- per passenger should be deposited online in the 'Shri Shiv Shankar Tirth Yatra' account at SBI bank, Rishikesh. The remaining amount will be collected before the journey.
For the travelers, there will be morning tea, breakfast, and lunch/dinner consisting of dal, one vegetable, rice, and roti. Tea will be served in the evening. Desi ghee will be used in dal, rice, and roti. Refined oil will be used in vegetables and snacks. The rice will be basmati. Use of onions and garlic is strictly prohibited. The food will be pure vegetarian and sattvic. During the journey, tawa chapatis will be made, and depending on the time, puris, parathas, and khichdi may also be prepared. Packed lunch will be provided based on the journey schedule. During long-distance train travel, the food will be arranged from the authorized IRCTC canteen. One water bottle will be provided with both lunch and dinner.
For overnight stay, the hotel accommodation will be arranged in a double-bed room. However, if any traveler wishes to take a single-bed room, they can do so by paying an additional ₹8000 per room. A/C facility will only be available in the moving bus; it will not be available in the bus parked at the station. Travelers must bring the original identification proof (Aadhar card/Voter ID) and one passport-size photo provided during the booking.
In flight travel, keep the power bank only in the hand luggage. It is prohibited to carry scissors, nail cutters, knives, coconuts, etc. Each traveler is allowed to carry a 15 kg check-in bag and a 7 kg hand luggage. The boarding pass will be sent on WhatsApp 12 hours before the flight. Please meet the representative of the organization at the departure gate 3 hours before the flight, as mentioned on the ticket.
Once the trip is booked, if a traveler cancels their seat, the advance payment will not be refunded. The entry fee for sightseeing spots will be borne by the travelers.
The following rules must be followed by passengers:
During the journey, the responsibility for financial, physical damage, and passenger's belongings lies with the passenger themselves. The organizer will not be responsible for any loss to the passengers.
Passengers must adhere to the rules of the flight and train. In case of any medical emergency, passengers can arrange for hospital/doctor services at their own cost. Each passenger will be bound to follow the timetable. If any passenger separates from the group for any reason, they will need to reach the next station or destination at their own cost. All buses will go up to the parking areas of the tourist sites, and the temples will be within walking distance. Therefore, passengers can go on foot or by rickshaw at their own expense to the temples. This will minimize walking for passengers.
If, for any reason, a passenger wishes to leave the journey midway due to health issues or any other reason, the organizer will only provide a sleeper-class train ticket for their journey back home. This arrangement is only applicable if the request is made at least 5 days before the end of the journey. In no circumstance will the fare be refunded.
If the flight is delayed, the bus breaks down, bad weather occurs, or due to weekly holidays, closures, or rallies, any sightseeing is not possible, the organizer may make changes to the program. Passengers are requested to cooperate fully, understanding the circumstances.
The manager will try to provide maximum comfort to the passengers during the journey. However, a little inconvenience during the trip is natural. Passengers are requested to bear it with the spirit of perseverance, as said in the saying "Paradesh Naresh Kaleshan", and cooperate fully with the organizer.
The seating arrangement in the bus will be done through a lottery system.
