The organization will arrange buses for sightseeing at designated locations. These buses will take passengers from the railway station to the temple parking area and then bring them back after the sightseeing.
For places where the location is not marked, the distance from the temple to the station is minimal, so passengers can walk or take a rickshaw at their own expense. This way, passengers will have to walk less.
During the journey, passengers will be provided with tea, snacks, lunch, and dinner. The meals will include one type of dal, one vegetable, rice, and roti. Tea will be served in the evening. Ghee will be used in roti, dal, and rice, while refined oil will be used in snacks, vegetables, and puris. Basmati rice will be used for both meals. Depending on the time available, pickles, papads, sweets, and salads will also be provided with the meal. Onion and garlic will not be used in the food. During long train journeys, a sattvik (pure) meal will be arranged by the IRCTC authorized eateries. One bottle of mineral water will be provided with lunch and dinner.
Passengers should carry two passport-size photos, the original voter ID, and the original Aadhaar card. Please ensure that each passenger brings a glass, spoon, a plastic bucket, mug, one plastic sheet (3x3 feet) for washing clothes and bathing, a plastic rope for drying clothes, and bedding (as per the weather).
To ensure the safety of passengers' belongings, sufficient staff will be arranged by the committee for preparing tea, snacks, meals, and managing sightseeing. No passenger should wear gold or silver jewelry. During the journey, the responsibility for any financial, physical loss, or loss of personal belongings lies with the passenger. The organizer will not be responsible for such losses.
Each passenger will have a full berth for sleeping during the train journey. No additional cots or seating arrangements will be made in the compartments. Each coach will be of sleeper class. Passengers should bring their own bedding (according to the weather). Where the train is not available, the committee will arrange for accommodation in a guest house for the passengers.
We only provide basic medical facilities during our journey. Travelers who take regular medication are advised to bring their medicines according to the travel program days. During the journey, if required, travelers can arrange for hospital/doctor visits at their own expense. Travelers will be responsible for compensation in case of sudden accidents or natural disasters during the journey. Each traveler must adhere to the timetable; if for any reason someone gets separated from the group, they will reach the next station/destination at their own expense. The manager has the right to separate infectious patients, those consuming intoxicants, or unruly passengers from the journey.
If a traveler, due to any reason or illness, wishes to return home leaving the journey incomplete, in such a situation, the traveler will only be provided with a third-tier sleeper class ticket by the manager to reach home. Refund of fare will not be applicable under any circumstances. This arrangement will only apply if communicated five days prior to the end of the journey.
The availability of trains during the journey depends on the basis of time. Therefore, if there is a delay in the train, flight, breakdown of the bus, changes by the railway, bad weather, weekly holidays, closures, rallies, etc., leading to not being able to see a place at some point, the institution/manager will make changes in the program. Travelers are requested to fully cooperate under such circumstances understanding the situation.
During the journey period, the manager will try to provide maximum convenience to the travelers, but some inconvenience during the journey is natural.
