Fare per passenger will be ₹40,001/- which includes hotel meals, tea, breakfast, sightseeing by mini bus, double bed hotel room, and Rajdhani train reservation. For advance booking, please pay ₹5,000/- per passenger in cash or online to the S.B.I bank account of 'Shri Shiv Shankar Teerth Yatra' Rishikesh or deposit it at any of our authorized booking agencies. The remaining amount will be collected at the start of the journey. It is mandatory to carry the original voter ID card or passport for the permit. Entry fees for sightseeing places will be borne by the passengers.
Passengers wishing to travel by flight instead of Rajdhani train can book a flight by paying an additional ₹8,000.
Total trip fare ₹48,000 per person includes round-trip flight tickets to Bagdogra (New Jalpaiguri), pushback deluxe/minibus travel, double-bed hotel room, meals, tea, breakfast, etc. Booking amount is ₹10,000 per traveler.

Booking amount must be deposited in cash or online to the bank account of 'Shri Shiv Shankar Teerth Yatra' (Rishikesh). Remaining payment to be collected before the journey begins.
Special Note: In case a traveler cancels after booking, the advance amount will not be refunded.
Daily morning tea, breakfast, and pure vegetarian lunch and dinner will be provided. The menu will be pre-decided by the hotel.
Travelers will be provided with a double-bed room. Check-in and check-out times will follow local hotel policies. If a traveler wants a single room, an extra ₹5,000 will be charged and prior notice is required.
Checked-in baggage allowed up to 15 kg, hand baggage up to 7 kg. Power banks must be kept only in hand luggage. Items like scissors, nail cutters, knives, coconuts, etc. are prohibited on flights. Boarding passes will be sent via WhatsApp 12 hours before the flight. On the day of travel, meet the organization’s representative at the terminal 3 hours prior to departure. Air travel rules will be as per international standards.
Original Passport or Identity Proof (Voter ID) is mandatory for travel. If the traveler is carrying a passport, its validity must be at least 6 months from the travel date.

During the journey, any financial or physical loss and the responsibility for the traveler's belongings will be solely the responsibility of the traveler. The organizer will not be held accountable for any losses incurred by the travelers.
If, due to any reason or illness, a traveler wishes to discontinue the journey and return home, in that case, the organizer will provide a railway sleeper class ticket to reach home. This arrangement will only be applicable if the journey is discontinued at least 5 days before its scheduled end. No refund of fare will be given under any circumstances.
If, due to train delays, bus breakdowns, bad weather, weekly holidays, closures, rallies, etc., any planned sightseeing is missed, the organizer may make changes to the itinerary. Travelers are requested to understand the situation and cooperate fully.
The manager will try to provide the travelers with maximum comfort during the journey, but minor inconveniences are natural during travel. In such cases, please endure it with a spirit of devotion, as per the saying “Paradesh Naresh Kalashan”, and extend full cooperation to the organizer.
