This special tour will commence from Delhi on 19 March, 15 July & 22 October 2026.
Upon arrival in Uluwatu, Bali, check in at the hotel. Afterwards, visit the GWK (Garuda Wisnu Kencana) Cultural Park, which houses the world’s largest Garuda Vishnu statue. Then visit the famous Uluwatu Temple, situated on a high cliff by the sea. In the evening, enjoy the traditional Kecak Dance. (Overnight stay at Uluwatu/Jimbaran.)
After breakfast, check out from the hotel. During the journey, visit Lempuyang Temple (Gate of Heaven) or Besakih Temple (Mother Temple). Then explore Tirta Gangga Water Palace, which features beautiful water gardens and lotus ponds. In the afternoon, visit Beji Griya Waterfall. Evening at Ubud. (Overnight stay in Ubud.)
After breakfast, enjoy an adventurous experience at the Bali Swing and visit Tegallalang Rice Terraces. Then view the breathtaking Mount Batur from Kintamani Volcano viewpoint. Afterwards, visit Tirta Empul Temple and experience a holy water bath, then return to the hotel. (Overnight stay in Ubud.)
After breakfast, check out from the hotel. Visit Ulun Danu Beratan Temple in Bedugul, a beautiful temple located in the middle of the lake. Then take photos at Handara Gate and visit Taman Ayun Temple, an ancient royal temple surrounded by water. In the evening, enjoy the sunset view at Tanah Lot Temple. Afterwards, proceed to Kuta and check in at a hotel on Sunset Road. (Overnight stay in Kuta.)
Spend the morning at Kuta Beach and Double Six Beach. In the afternoon, shop at the local Oleh-Oleh Market. Return to the hotel in the evening. (Overnight stay in Kuta.)
Check out from the hotel and proceed to Bali Airport. End of the tour with sweet memories of the journey in Delhi.
The total tour fare will be ₹79,000 per traveler, which includes round-trip airfare from Delhi to Bali, hotel accommodation in a double bed room, visa fees, meals, local sightseeing tours, and transportation. For advance booking, a payment of ₹25,000 per traveler is mandatory. The remaining balance must be deposited at least 10 days prior to the start of the tour.
Note: If a traveler cancels the trip after booking, the advance amount will not be refunded. As the tour date approaches, the price of flight tickets may increase, and any difference in fare will be payable by the traveler.
Vegetarian meals including tea, breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided daily. Meals will follow the hotel menu and will be served at the hotel or local restaurants as per availability. Passengers will be provided double-bed rooms. Passengers requesting a single room will need to pay an additional ₹12,000. Hotel check-in and check-out will be according to local rules and timings.
Each passenger is allowed 20 kg of check-in baggage and 7 kg of hand baggage. Charges for extra baggage will be borne by the passenger. Passengers are responsible for handling their own baggage during airport transfers.
Carrying the original passport is mandatory for travel. Passport validity must be at least 6 months from the travel date. Passengers must always carry the original passport, visa, and e-ticket. Boarding will not be allowed without valid documents, and no refund will be issued. After booking, a copy of the passport detail page must be sent via WhatsApp (9640100200).
Entry fees to sightseeing spots, boating, ropeways, porters, water sports, adventure activities, cultural shows, and personal shopping are not included in the package. Any additional expenses incurred by the passenger will be borne by them. Upon arrival in bali, passengers can obtain local currency (Dirhams) and SIM cards as per their requirement. Passengers are solely responsible for their luggage and personal safety. The organization is not liable for any personal illness, accident, or loss of valuables. If a passenger leaves the trip due to illness, the arrangement and cost of transport will be their own responsibility. No refunds will be provided. In emergencies, hospital or doctor arrangements may be made at the passenger’s expense. If a passenger does not arrive on time at the designated location, they must reach the next location at their own expense. Transportation will only go up to designated parking areas; passengers may need to walk or use a rickshaw at their own cost to visit nearby attractions.
Air-conditioned buses, vans, or mini-coaches will be arranged according to the group size.
If a passenger violates customs or foreign laws during the trip, they will be solely responsible. The organization will not be responsible in such cases. The trip will not be stopped, postponed, or refunded. Any legal action under local law will be the passenger’s responsibility. Passengers are requested to comply with all foreign rules and laws.
Due to floods, earthquakes, war, riots, terrorist activities, festivals, industrial disputes, natural or nuclear disasters, bad weather, pandemics, fire, delays in bus/plane/train, or other unforeseen events, some sightseeing may not be possible. In such cases, the itinerary may be modified as required. The organization will not be responsible for any compensation or damages if the trip is disrupted. The organization will make every effort for a comfortable journey, but some inconvenience may occur during the trip. Passengers are requested to accept this and cooperate fully with the travel manager.
It is mandatory for travelers to follow the rules mentioned below.
During the journey, travelers will be responsible for their own financial, physical losses, and belongings. The organizer will not be responsible for any losses incurred by the travelers. Please follow the rules of flights and railways.
If needed, travelers may arrange hospital/doctor services at their own expense and convenience. Every traveler is required to follow the timetable; if for any reason a traveler gets separated from the group, they must reach the next station/destination at their own cost. All buses will go up to the parking areas of tourist places, and temples are located nearby; therefore, travelers can reach there on foot or by rickshaw at their own expense. This will help reduce walking distance for travelers.
If a traveler wishes to return home midway due to any reason or illness, only a sleeper class railway ticket will be provided by the organizer for reaching home. This arrangement will only be valid up to 5 days before the end of the journey. Refunds under any circumstances will not be provided.
If, due to flight delays, bus breakdowns, bad weather, weekly holidays, closures, rallies, etc., a destination cannot be visited, any changes made to the itinerary by the organizer should be accepted by the travelers with full cooperation, keeping in mind the circumstances.
During the journey, the manager will try their best to provide maximum comfort to the travelers, but some inconvenience is natural during the trip. At such times, please bear with it in the spirit of pilgrimage and extend full cooperation to the manager, as per the saying 'Foreigner is king, bear it with patience.'
