Food, tea, breakfast, A/C pushback deluxe bus, A/C double bed hotel room, 3 A/C rail reservations, and flight (from Delhi to Aurangabad) fare will be ₹34,000/- per passenger. For advance booking, please deposit ₹5,000/- per passenger in cash or online to the 'Shri Shiv Shankar Teerth Yatra' SBI bank account in Rishikesh. The remaining amount will be collected before the journey.
Special Note: If any passenger cancels the journey after booking, the advance amount will not be refunded.
During the journey, passengers will be provided with morning tea, breakfast, lunch, and dinner which includes lentils, one vegetable, rice, and chapati. Evening tea will also be served. Desi ghee will be used in dal, rice, and chapati. Refined oil will be used in vegetables and breakfast. Basmati rice will be served. Use of onion and garlic is strictly prohibited. All meals will be prepared as pure vegetarian and sattvic. Chapatis will be freshly made, and depending on time availability, puris, parathas, and khichdi may also be served. Lunch packets will be provided according to the travel schedule. During long-distance train journeys, meals will be arranged through IRCTC-authorized caterers. A water bottle will be provided with both lunch and dinner.
For overnight stays, hotel rooms will be arranged on a double-bed basis. If a passenger prefers a separate single room, it can be availed at an additional cost of ₹8000 per room. A/C facilities will be available only in the moving bus, not in parked buses. Passengers must bring the original ID proof (Aadhar Card / Voter ID) and a passport-size photo at the time of booking.
Passengers must carry power banks in hand luggage only. Do not carry scissors, nail cutters, knives, coconuts, etc., on the flight. As per flight rules, each passenger is allowed one suitcase or bag of up to 15 kg as checked-in baggage and one hand baggage of up to 7 kg. Boarding passes will be sent to passengers via WhatsApp 12 hours before the flight. Passengers should report to the departure gate at the terminal mentioned on the flight ticket at least 3 hours before departure to meet the organization's representative.
If a passenger cancels their seat after booking the trip, the advance amount will not be refunded. Entry fees to sightseeing places will be borne by the passengers.
It is mandatory for travelers to follow the rules mentioned below.
During the journey, any financial loss, physical harm, or loss of belongings will be the sole responsibility of the traveler. The management will not be liable for any such losses. Please follow the rules of flights and railways.
If required, travelers can arrange for hospital/doctor visits at their own expense and convenience. Every traveler must follow the schedule. If for any reason a traveler separates from the group, they must reach the next station/destination at their own expense. All buses will go up to the parking area of sightseeing places. Since the distance from the parking to the temples is negligible, travelers may go there on foot or by rickshaw at their own cost. This way, the amount of walking required will be minimal.
If any traveler, due to any reason or illness, wishes to discontinue the journey and return home, in such a case the management will only provide a railway sleeper class ticket to reach home. This arrangement will only be applicable up to 5 days before the end of the journey. Refund of fare will not be applicable under any circumstances.
In case any destination cannot be covered due to flight delays, bus breakdowns, bad weather, weekly holidays, closures, rallies, etc., any changes made to the itinerary by the management must be fully supported by the travelers with an understanding of the circumstances.
During the journey, the manager will try to provide maximum comfort to the travelers, but some inconvenience during the trip is natural. At such times, kindly bear the difficulties with a spirit of patience as per the saying "In a foreign land, the king’s order must be followed" and fully cooperate with the manager.
